We believe that vehicle data is personal. That's why we build tools that prioritize local storage and transparency above all else.
Information We Collect
Vehicle & Fuel Logs
We store the vehicle details, fuel volume, price, and odometer readings you enter manually. This is stored primarily on your device.
Location & Photos
GPS data is collected only when you tag a location on a log. Receipt photos are used for OCR scanning and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Data Storage & Security
FuelTrack stores most data locally. If you choose to enable Cloud Sync, your data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections and stored in encrypted databases. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Google API Data & Verification
Data Accessed
FuelTrack only accesses the specific Google user data required for Cloud Sync backup functionality, specifically connecting to a dedicated application folder within your Google Drive.
Data Usage
The accessed Google data is strictly used to store, sync, and restore your vehicle logs and configurations securely. We do not process this data or use it for any other purpose.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your Google user data with any third parties under any circumstances. The data exists solely between your device and your personal Google account.
Data Storage & Protection
Your data remains on your local device and is transmitted directly to your secure Google account via encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication tokens for Google services are securely stored using your device's secure keychain.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You maintain full control over your data. To request the deletion of your account, visit Delete Account. To clear all application data, visit Delete Data.
