Request Data Deletion.
At FuelTrack, we provide you with granular control over your vehicle data. You can request the deletion of specific records without removing your entire FuelTrack account.
Granular Deletion Steps
You can remove specific data types directly within the app:
Vehicle Logs
Long-press any vehicle in your dashboard and select 'Delete' to remove it and all its associated logs.
Fuel Entries
Navigate to the 'Logs' tab, swipe left on any entry, and confirm deletion to remove specific fuel records.
Service Records
In the 'Service' tab, tap on a record to view details, then select the delete icon to remove maintenance data.
Account Info
Visit 'Settings' to update or clear your profile name and email without deleting your logs.
Manual Deletion Request
If you are unable to access the app or wish to request a bulk deletion of specific data types via our support team, please email us from your registered account.
Data Retention Policy
When you delete a record in FuelTrack, it is immediately flagged for removal. For users with Cloud Sync enabled, records are purged from our primary databases within 24 hours.
Backups
Data may persist in encrypted system backups for up to 30 days before being permanently overwritten. We do not keep logs of deleted vehicle data after this period.
