Delete Your Account.
At FuelTrack, we respect your privacy and give you complete control over your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Delete Account In-App
You can delete your account directly from the FuelTrack app:
1Open Settings
Tap the settings icon in the app's bottom navigation menu.
2Navigate to Account Settings
Scroll down and select "Account Settings" or "Privacy Settings".
3Select "Delete Account"
Look for the red "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the settings page.
4Confirm Deletion
Review the warning message and confirm that you understand this action is permanent. Your account will be deleted immediately.
⚠ Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your vehicle logs, service records, and analytics will be permanently deleted. Make sure you have exported or backed up any important data before proceeding.
Manual Account Deletion Request
If you are unable to access the app or have trouble deleting your account, our support team can assist you. Send an email from the address associated with your FuelTrack account.
What Happens After Deletion
Immediate Actions
- ✓ Your account is deactivated immediately
- ✓ All data is flagged for deletion
- ✓ You will be logged out of the app
Within 24 Hours
- ✓ All personal data is removed
- ✓ All vehicle logs are deleted
- ✓ Cloud sync is terminated
Data Retention & Backups
Your data may persist in encrypted system backups for up to 30 days before being permanently overwritten. We do not retain any information about deleted accounts after this period, in compliance with privacy regulations.
Reactivation
Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use FuelTrack again, you will need to create a new account.
Privacy & Legal
Your privacy is our priority. Account deletion is processed in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws. We will not retain any personal information beyond what is required by law.
